Arrivals / Departures

Please come to reception as soon as you arrive with your booking
confirmation and identity cards.
On départure day and after checking out, you are welcome to participate
in the day’s events and use campsite facilities.

Minors are not admitted at the camping without their parents.

Rental space • tent / caravan / camping-car

Check-in is from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.
It is important to inform us of any delay or change in arrival
time. Whitout any news on your part by 10.00 pm, we reserve the
right to redistribute the place from 10.00 am onwards on the day
following and you will lose the deposit.
Check-out should be organized with reception, at the lastet the
day before the departure.
Installation must be done with management present and in the
place designated.
The direction may change the number of places whitout informing
the clients.
One vehicule only for place.

Rented accomodation • mobilhome

Check-in is from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
It is important to inform us of any delay or change in arrival
time. Whitout any news on your part by 10.00 pm, we reserve the
right to redistribute the mobilhome from 10.00 am onwards on the
day following and you will lose the deposit.
The direction may change the number of mobilhomes whitout
informing the clients.
One vehicule only for place.
Departures : mobilhomes must be vacated no later than 10 am. To
plan in best our departures, please be convenient with the camping
staff, the hour of discount of keys and the inventory of fixtures,
at the lastest the day before the departure.
The inventory of fixtures : we ask you to verify inventory and
conditions of mobilhome on your arrival and notify us of any problems
by the next morning (inventory form). The camping staff
will check inventory and conditions at departure in your presence.
The mobilhome must be returned with the made housework.
The camping provides you with a saved service, take an appointment
in the reception at the lastest day before the departure
(price list saves departure : 30 € to 100 €). If during the inventory
of fixtures of exit, the housework was not realized either by
you, or by our services, the campsite reserves the right to charge
an additional cleaning fee, necessary for the relocation of the
mobilhome.

Booking and rental payment

The person making the booking completes and returns to the
campsite the booking form with 30 % of rental cast + 10 €
(booking fee not refundable).
If you reserve in the same month that you will come, the entire
rental sume is due at the time of booking.
Deposits shall be not reimbured in the case of cancellation *.
Anticipate leaving not be reimbused.
The totality must be settled one month before the expected
date of arrival, without wich the booking may be considered as
being null and avoid, and the deposit retained.
On receiving the total payment, the campsite will send you the
booking confirmation.

* Cancellation

For any cancellation confirmed by registered letter or mail send
two months before the stay, the deposit will be reimbursed,
except the booking fee. After this delay, any deposit will be
refund.

Payments methods

Money Postal / Credit Card / Cash
Bank transfer (expenses of bank chargeable to the client)

Security deposits

Pass-remote control for gates : 60 €
Rental space tent / cavan / camping-car : 300 €
Rental mobilhome : 400 € to 750 €
Those deposits will be reimbursed after deduction of any eventual
damages or losses in the mobilhome (interior and exterior), on the
place or in the campsite, and housework forgotten in the mobilhome.

Long term renters

Studio : 60 €/month
+ supplement from November till March : 30 €/month
Mobilhomes
- 2 bedrooms or former model : 26 €/month (maxi 2 persons)
- 3 bedrooms : 39 €/month (maxi 4 persons)
• Electricity : 0,26 €/Kw

Campsite regulations

All persons staying at the campsite shall be considered as
having accepted the booking terms and the campsite
regulations (displayed at the entrance to the campsite or
available on the reception) and as agreeing to abide by
term.
